Cancellation Policy
We understand that sometimes plans change. If you need to cancel or reschedule your consultation, please contact us at least 24 hours before your appointment. Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice will incur a 50% cancellation fee. No-shows will forfeit the full consultation fee.
