A little truth. A little wisdom. Something to think about

Life gives us plenty to navigate.

Simple Truth News is Sandy B’s weekly note - sharing thoughts, observations and insights around health, nature, wellbeing and the everyday experiences that shape us.

Sometimes practical. Sometimes thought-provoking. Sometimes simply an invitation to pause and see something from a different perspective.

No noise. No need to keep up.

Just a regular note from Sandy, delivered to your inbox, to help you stay connected with The Raft of Life and what’s unfolding along the way.

Come aboard - I’d love to have you with me.
