Private Secure Client Portal --> Your confidential digital space for consultation notes, plans, resources, and ongoing support. Fortnightly Progress & Integration Sessions --> Regular personalised consultations to review progress, refine your program, and maintain momentum. Email & Text Support Between Consultations --> Guidance, clarification and reassurance when needed. Program Refinement & Progress Tracking --> Your program evolves alongside your changing needs, circumstances and wellness goals. Cancellation Policy
We understand that sometimes plans change. If you need to cancel or reschedule your consultation, please contact us at least 24 hours before your appointment. Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice will incur a 50% cancellation fee. No-shows will forfeit the full consultation fee.
